In-Store Pickup: Need your photos fast? While Kodak Gallery does not have physical stores at which you can pick up your order, they do partner with participating stores to offer an in-store pickup option on some products. Typically, same-day pickup only applies to 4" x 6" or 5" by 7" glossy prints. Note that with the same-day pickup option, you will pay the participating store's prices, which may be different from those listed at KodakGallery.com. As well, with this option, you will pay for your prints when you pick them up at the store.

Standard pickup orders typically include the print sizes listed above for in-store pickup, as well as print cards and wallet-size prints. These orders are printed at the Gallery's digital photo labs and you pay for your order through the Gallery website. While a nominal fee is applied to each standard pickup order, no shipping fee is applied. Please refer to this page for more details regarding in-store pickup options.

Return Policy: Is your order damaged or just not exactly what you thought it would be? If so, you may return the product to Kodak Gallery within 30 days of receipt for an account credit or refund at their discretion. Please note that in order to return your order, you must follow the return instructions provided at the Kodak Gallery site.
