When this happens, an error message will be received when entering the coupon code and no discount will be applied. If the discount is not displayed at the review page during checkout, then the coupon has not been applied to your order.

Return Policy: Is your order damaged or just not exactly what you thought it would be? If so, PhotoWorks will be happy to work with you to correct the error. All items must be returned to PhotoWorks within 30 days of receipt. They will gladly reprint your order and in some cases credit back shipping charges.
