Shipping Policy and Prices: Shipping prices are dependent upon the item(s) ordered and vary accordingly. The most up-to-date estimates of shipping costs are available in the Shutterfly help section.

In-Store Pickup: Need your photos fast? While Shutterfly does not have physical stores at which you can pick up your order, they do partner with participating stores to offer an in-store pickup option on some products. Typically, the only products available for in-store pickup at Target are: 4" x 6", 5" by 7", or 8" by 10" glossy prints or 4" by 8" photo cards. You can typically pick up your order within 1 hour, or within 24 hours for orders of more than 100 prints. To utilize this option, simply select "Pickup at Target" as your delivery option during checkout. You can choose which local Target store you would like your prints to be sent for fulfillment, and will be able to pick them up when you are ready. Since you will be picking up your photos at the store, you do not have to pay for your order on Shutterfly, but will instead pay at your local Target store. Return Policy: Is your order damaged or just not exactly what you thought it would be? If so, you may contact Shutterfly within 30 days for a free reprint or refund. If you wish to return your order, you must follow the return instructions at the Shutterfly site.
