In-Store Pickup: Need your photos fast? While Snapfish does not have physical stores at which you can pick up your order, they do partner with participating stores to offer an in-store pickup option on some products. Typically, the only products available for in-store pickup at Walgreens are: 4" x 6", 5" by 7", 8" by 10" and wallet size glossy prints as well as 4" by 8" and 5" by 7" photo cards. Prints picked up at retail are more expensive than prints mailed to you, but you do not pay shipping charges. To utilize this option, simply select "up my prints at a local retailer" as your delivery option during checkout. As long as your order is under $40, you will pay for the balance of your Snapfish order at your local Walgreens store. For orders over $40, Snapfish will ask for your credit card information in advance, but will not charge your card. For more details about this option, please visit the Snapfish help section.

Return Policy: Is your order damaged or just not exactly what you thought it would be? If so, you may contact Snapfish for a free reprint or refund. Snapfish products are backed by a 110% guarantee. If you are not happy with your order Snapfish will provide you with a full replacement or a full refund, plus 10% off your next order. If you wish to return your order, you must fill out the return form at the Snapfish site.
